I had a rebuild kit for it, but over the years, the extra bumpers became hard - sort of like melted crayons. I went through a phase during which I squirted Blaster on the legs weekly - but, best to assume is does not/will not move and that bumpers are solid material now. Overall condition is fair to crummy. 5" threaded steerer
