I thought I share a few pics of my wicked. I bought the frame set new in 91 from On Two Wheels in Davenport, IA. It was originally built with Suntour XC. In 97 I had it repainted by Fat/Serotta and added the Manitou and upgraded the drivetrain to Sram 8 speed. This year with the fork needing attention I sent it to suspensionforkparts.net and had them rebuild the fork. They do all the 80's-90's vintage suspension forks. They did a great job on it. My mavic 231 wheelset that were built in 97 from Straight Up cyclery in Yorkville, IL were cracking so I just had a new set built at Cosmic Cycles in Flagstaff, AZ with the latest, greatest Mavic 717 rims, wheelsmith DB14 spokes and alloy nipples. Thanks to Scott for a great job on those. The next step will be to upgrade the drivetrain once again to 9spd Sram XO. Curently the parts list is
answer hyperlite bar
control tech bar ends
ODI ruffian grips
kore stem
Kooka racha brake levers
king headset w/ threadless conversion
grafton speed controller brakes
king hubs
mavic 717 rims

It rides great. The wheels are very light, and even with the suspension fork the bike is very light. I have alot of titanium/aluminum bolts on it. The fork doesn't affect the handling all that much. Singletrack riding is a bit better with a solid fork.
