1993 Black Monster Fat

New member
I stumbled on this forum trying to find out some specs for my 93 Black Fat City Monster I am about to part with. Trying to get an idea on what I could hope to get for it on ebay. If you have a Monster Decal Kit, this bike will look band new if repainted. Here is what it has...

Fat City Cycles - Monster Fat - Medium (frame paint is not perfect - physical frame is great)
Fork - Tange - Included with the Fat City frame
Believe I still have the hang tag with the list of builders signatures. (looking this weekend)

Cook Brothers Cranks - 170mm
TNT Titanium Oversized Front Hub - Red
TNT Titanium Rear Hub For XTR Casset - Green
Syncros Titanium Bottom Bracket
Salsa Rasta Skewers
Moon Unit Cable Hangers
Critical Racing Brakes Long - Front - Green
Critical Racing Brakes Short - Rear - Green
Mavic 231 rims 32
Aluminum nipples
DT strait gauge spokes
XTR Chainrings
XTR 8 Speed Casset
XTR Rear Deraileur
XTR Front Deraileur
XTR Thumb Shifters
Real Racing Brake Levers
Chris King Threadless Headset
Flight Titanium Seat
IRC Aluminum seatpost
Ringle Seatpost clamp
Ringle Waterbottle cage
Speedmetal Titanium Hex Crankbolts
Eason AS50 Riser Bars
Yeti Grips
Shimano 737 SPD Pedals
Icon Graphite Series 120mm 20deg rise stem
-Also includes a 150mm Ahead
Tires are brand new

I would love to keep this bike but I just don't have the room anymore. I would love to pass it on to someone that respects and enjoys Fat City bikes. I you want me to send the auction link or make an offer, shoot me an email. I plan on listing it next week sometime.

I apologies, I didn't relies you had a classified section for sales. If the moderator could move it to avoid a double posting. Thank you!

Hi Heagon,

That looks nice. Not every bit would be my choice, but 90% could be ..and the idea is already stunning

No room anymore? How about buying a bigger house or getting rid of a couch, so you can keep your Fat?

Heagon, I will move your topic to the for sale section. Hope it finds a new, caring owner. Hope it finds an owner through the forums.
