I have Mr Igleheart making me a sgemented fork for it, so selling it ain't gunna happen for a good while yet
if ever :beer:A lot of Bikes pass through my Stable, but this will sit perfectly next to my "Daily Driver" IF Deluxe Ti..

It is okay tho, I think there is not much to do but to move on from the Bad Sale experience..
Whilst I was drooling over the frame [again] the other evening, I noticed something poking out from the seattube into the BB shell.. I got a torch and checked out down the seattube.. And after some Jiggery Pokery with a Mangled Clothes Hanger, I [with the help of Mrs Roon] coaxed this from within..
I'm guessing it had been down there since '96 :beer:

Just stay positive and try to be patient, in the end it will be worth it.
Chris took about 2 months to complete my fork, I also sent a few e-mails without a response which worried me some, but he came through brilliantly. I think he is just a busy guy and doesn't check his e-mails often.

Got an Email from CI last night; my Fork is on its way
I have just missed the Boat on a set of Nuke Proof Combo Bars over on Retrobike.co.uk.. I cannot believe it.. Going to negotiate with the Buyer, see if my Need is greater than his..

Build Update
So, I decided that with some Sunshine around this Weekend, I'd put some paint on the Iglehearts..
I'll send them off in the New Year for a proper baked job [almost certainly in that fade colourway], but for now, Rattle Can so I can ride the FAT Ti sooner.. Wait time is looking at 6 weeks with the guys I usually send stuff to!
Waited [Impatiently!] 24 Hours for the paint to harden and married them with the Fuselage..
Funny thing with the Nuke Proofs.. I'm not sure the QA process was all that hot in 199n; the Stem Clamp area was 24.4mm and the STI Clamp area 21.8mm.. Some Coke Can Shims will be required.. Got too late, so I wrapped some Masking Tape as an interim measure..
Anyone got a 1" Threadless Salsa Stem with a Cable Roller spare?? :skull:
