Interesting frame. Seems to be a blend of Chance and non-Chance features. Wicked and Yo features. Didn't see a head tube dia. 1" or 1 1/8"?

I'm not an expert but i'm leaning toward either a replaced bb, chain stays, or a full custom job.

Could there be a possibility of this being a Proto YO.the seattube says YO, and team comp drop outs.That my my guess. Or it could be one of Reggie's bike I know he crushed a top tube On one of his bikes on the RR tracks and could be a repair ?
Guess we will never know..
