Hi Alexander, This is Jon Sonneborn (we also communicated through the Facebook Fat Chance section). I may have the correct bike if you're interested. It's a 1990 Yo Eddy size Medium (18"). Serial is 016Z07 (this is the 16th Yo Eddy built.)I restored the bike last year meaning I had the frame & Fork powder coated in a color very close to the Bianchi Celeste Green. The fork is a rockshox judy & all of the parts are from the '90s & are at least Deore XT. The bike is an excellent rider. The frame is in really great shape (also got new decals with the refurb). The components are used but all in good working order. I was going to post it here & then ebay hoping to get $1200 but I will consider selling it for $1000 if you're interested. I'm a new member and I can't believe it took me 13 years to join the Chris Chance community. I have enjoyed the few minutes spent here. A little history of my Chris Chance Cyclocross (see album titled MY CHRIS CHANCE CYCLOCROSS - more photos to come). I bought the frame with fork, brand new. It was never built when I purchased it. I bought it in 2000. Not sure when this frame/fork was made. Any history?

I thought it would take me a few years to build, but could not resist and had it put together in a month. Been riding it all these years mainly during the Kansas winters, and still my favorite. I love this bike, and rides smoother than my S-Works Tarmac SL2, and my Orbea ORA TLT Carbon triathlon ride. Great to be here!

Wanted to buy
AVID TRI ALIGN front brakes or parts of: color unimportant just really need the sleeves that go over the canti boss.
Words of warning: Always check to make sure you get all of the parts when buying on FLEAbay. I got these some time ago & put aside for later use- when I
went to install found out the important missing pieces.

Hey Matt, thanks for the thoughtful note, yes we made it out ok. I had no power for a day, my kids (live with, my ex) had no power for 3 days and minor damage to the driveway gate. All in all we were lucky. Glad to hear you and yours are doing fine.

I'm thinking of selling my M 91 Yo

It's a bit special , hence the high price

This frames set was restored by Roody at Groovy Cycle works , his bikes are currently on a 6 year lead time and he has stopped taking on restoration.
This frameset comes with a new fork with an uncut steerer

I also have most of the bits required to built this special bike


I'm looking for £1000 plus shipping ! Allot perhaps but how often to you come accros one in as new condition

Hiya, got a sweet ti-fat (m/l wall hanger) 1181 maybe last out of the shop, that fork would be awesome marriage...any deals/prices can be made for honest ownership, i.e. not to roll it over.

I have quite a few syncros posts, some with logos, some without, all in excellent condition. 29.4 right?

Is there a length you are looking for? Most are in the 330mm range, I think I have one that is 400mm-ish

Thanks for the response and great to hear! Chris responded to me but no more '85 decal sets. I asked about any graphics but haven't heard back.

I hate it when things interfere with a good restore project ;-)
