Just bought a 96-97 Buck Shaver frame in Arrest me! red. Any suggestions for a nice setup that is period correct? The frame doesn't have a fork yet, just a black CK headset. Cheers.
I am looking for a "Chris Chance" signature decal with the flag. Black or white is equal to me. Unfortunately I damaged mine when applying. If anyone can help me out, I'd be very grateful!
Cheers
:-)
Was there ever a Shock-a-Billy with disk mount option? My Yo! has Hayes style disk mounts and I wondered if there was ever S-a-B with the same tabs.
Cheers
I am looking for a collar with bolt or QR, suitable for a TiFat, I prefer an original. The tube's outer diameter is approx. 32 mm. Other suggestions welcome!
It's time to start on my Titanium Fat Chance project. Serial numer is: 274T3ML. I have the original decals, but need some advice on how to apply them. Suggestions welcome!
The frame has light rub marks from cables and bottle cage. Can you remove that from titanium with a Scotchbrite pad or...
It's just lying around. It is a brand new Campagnolo Mountain Seatpost, 26.4 mm diameter (perfect for that Wicked or Wicked lite). Silver, with engraved Campy logos.
[SOLD]
I had a great idea: I want to pimp up my attic, where I keep my Fat Chance bikes (three, one in the make).
Wouldn't it be nice to print out some colour ads, frame them nicely and hang them on the wall? Sounds like a good plan, but where to find high-res advert scans? I know www.retrobike.co.uk...
For sale: Wicked fork, 1" threaded version. Only minor scratches, no dents. Off a show bike, never really ridden.
Steerer length, 130 mm, thread length 40 mm. Color is purple metallic. PM me with questions or your best offer.
I'm planning to finally start with my TiFat project this spring and I need some advice. It's a 1993 frame that I would like to build up period correct. Are there magazine scans available from that period featuring the TiFat? Just to get some needed inspiration.....
Oh and by the way: is the...
I prefer the ones that came with my bike: Shimano Deore XT, silver, with a rubber ring on the bolted side and a plastic grip on the lever side. Other nice options would be: Cook Bros, Ringle or similar. Let me know if you have any that you don't use.
Is there anyone with a 97, 98 or 99 catalog willing to share it with us as a pdf file? There are a few catalogues on eBay at the moment, but they tend to be sold for big money.
Just found this frame on the Bay:

Wasn't this frame sold recently for over $1000? Or was that another NOS orange Wicked?
Recently purchased in Germany: a 14" Wicked Fat Chance from 1992 in Violet Metallic. It is in such perfect condition that I would call it NOS. It came with the original fork, but I will be built up with suspension. It's not for me (too small), but for a friend of mine with who I road race on...
