Finished this build today. I knew I wouldn’t ride it as a road bike, so I built it up as an urban bike with some parts stripped off my old road bike and some new parts (XT 11 speed derailleur/shifter) to piece together. She rides fast and smooth.
I had fun with different colors to match the yellow, blue, and red on the frame.
