I have a Yo Eddy Team Fat Chance with serial number 886Y1M

It's definitely a project but I'm torn on what route to go with the frame. Not sure itni should stay orginal and go back black, but then I'd need to repair that super rare fork. Or, should paint the frame to match that super rare fork? Or.... should I just repainted repsint the entire thing lavender??!!?!?!?

Thanks!

I think through a little research, I've answered my own question.

I belive I have here a the 886th 1991 in a medium.

Seems like a lot of bikes to have been cranked out though!

You are correct! That would have been the 886th frame built in 1991. Not sure if I welded the entire frame or just the finishing bits. That would have been just before we pulled up stakes at 5 Olive Square and moved down the street to the Linden Street shop.
I like the Grello fade like what is on the fork myself but the whole point of Fat City was to make bikes that the owners could individualize and make their own.
So whatever you choose to do is what is best!
Have fun and keep us posted
Happy New Year to all my faithful COGGERS!
