Knowing that they powdercoat the new frames, I'm gonna jump out on a painter's limb and say that they are using 3 colors in the Aquafade. Looks like a definite blue to teal to green fade which should be a little easier to execute a good fade (still tough to do in powders).

D&D only does wet paint, so I would have to assume that the frames done in more than one color by Rick are not powder. The non Kickstarter frames in single color are probably the ones done in powder coat.

New guy here. Just curious how big a 27.5" x 2.?" tire you can fit on the 29er version of these frames. Anyone try it yet? Would be fun to ride one of these as a mid fat.
