other info - is that the seatpost has been replaced to repair the rust damage that was caused by the neglect of the previous owner so it now has a 27.7 seatpost. Everything else is as new.

Latest incarnation. Not very period proper in the parts department. I was wondering if there was a way to figure out the year? I owned it for about 6-7 years. It looks like that serial number scheme covered a few years. I has a 1" head tube.
I have the sid set at 63mm. It seems to ride better than at 80.

Here is a photo of the bike. It is all original as it came from Fat except the tires (it now has yellow label ground controls on it).
I refreshed and cleaned some of the components but used exactly what was on the bike and have all the original bits bagged with labels.
Here is a photo of the build information sheet from the Fat Chance files showing it was built for Tomac and used Euclid components with the rear brake on the seat stay:
